A grease separator is designed to collect grease from kitchen, bathroom, restaurants, canteens, to
capture for discharge, separate the fats and prevent clogging of pipes. In the case of double
tank compartments, the first stage acts as a sludge trap and the second stage as a grease separator.

Private use: 

The contaminated water coming from bathroom, kitchen and laundry area enters the grease separator. The difference in density between water and grease creates a separation between the two. The grease accumulates at the top and the grease-free water continues its way to the sewage system.
